POLICY STATEMENT
Lessons are booked and offered in
good
faith, often at a time considerably
in
advance of the holiday in question.
In
the case of group lessons where a
minimum number of participants
(usually 5) is required, it may transpire
that there is insufficient demand to
make the course viable. In these
circumstances, we will offer the
following alternatives:
(a)
We will convert your payment into
the equivalent number of hours of
private (as opposed to group) tuition.
This will provide less hours, clearly, but
with an enhanced instructor/pupil ratio.
(b) We wil maintain the number of hours, but at an increased charge, to reflect the
instructor/pupil ratio.
(c) We will provide a compromise between (a) and (b) to suit your budget.
(d) In the event that the above alternatives prove unsatisfactory, we will make a
complete refund of all lesson fees.
In any event, we will endeavour to contact you two weeks before your departure to
discuss the above, should the need arise.
