DREW MICHIE, SNOWSPORT SCOTLAND TUTOR

Drew Michie is a former professional footballer, former PE teacher and, since 1986, an Outdoor Education Adviser with a Scottish Location Authority.

Throughout his professional career he has been heavily involved with National Governing Bodies of Sport and is a former Chair of the Scottish Canoe Association and Snowsport Scotland Coaching Committees. He is currently Chair of the Scottish Mountain Bike Leader Award Scheme.

Having taken early retirement in 2002 Drew now does some consultancy work for Local Authorities and trains Mountain Bike Leaders in summer and Alpine Ski Leaders in winter. Last season Drew delivered 9 Alpine Ski Leader courses throughout Europe and in Scotland.
