How to Book
On-line booking? Sorry - no. We prefer the personal touch and like to speak to our clients. Booking your Interski holiday is simple.
Firstly, telephone our office on 01623 456333 to check availability of the holiday of your choice. We are open Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. At all other times an answerphone service is available and we will return your call as soon as possible. Alternatively, drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you.
If we have beds available we will be happy to hold space for you for up to three working days, within which time we require your deposit payment. Trying to get a group together? You'll obviously need a longer option, which we‘ll be pleased to arrange for you on request.
We require a £75 per person, non-refundable deposit for travel by coach or own arrangements (or £150 per person if travelling by air). At this point, we also ask you to send us a completed booking form.
Once we are in receipt of your deposit/s, your insurance takes effect and your booking is confirmed.
Balance payments are due 10 weeks prior to departure (if you are travelling by air, we may require an interim payment to cover the cost of your flights).
Payments can be made by cheque (made payable to 'Interski') or credit or debit card. Please note that there is no charge to pay your deposit by credit card, but a 2% service charge is applicable should you choose to pay your balance by this means.
