   terrain (rotation)

  MANOEUVRES

* Linked snowplough turns of varying radius and speed (10 turns minimum)
* Linked snowplough turns showing correct movement at the end of the turn (10 turns
    minimum
* Linked snowplough turns/swings showing development of skills
* Consistent snowplough swings (both sides, closure of skis after the fall line) showing
    skills in practice
 

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

* Traversing, showing good posture and balance
* Synchronised skiing (2 people) - (10 turns minimum)
* Hopping skis at least 5 times whilst in traverse

The Interski 2 Star Award is equivalent to a 3 or 4 star on the Snowlife Snowsport
