SKILLS

* Good control of speed and line on red
    runs
* Varying radius of turns on red runs
* Good control of line at higher speeds
* Good use of steering, edge and
    pressure control
* Crossover development

  MANOEUVRES

* Chinese snowploughs showing emphasis on movements and crossover
* Perform 6 basic parallel turns (use pole swing for timing and rhythm)
* Develop parallel turns without excessive up un-weighting
* Perform 2 pure carve parallel turns showing good crossover
* Develop parallel turns using corridor activities (developing and changing rhythm and
   radius)
 
ADDITIONAL SKILLS

* Awareness and practice of using poles to assist timing and rhythm
* Practise rhythmically linked medium radius turns
