Booking Terms and Conditions, In-House Training Courses

1 THE CONTRACT

This contract is made directly between the Client(s) and Inter School Travel Ltd (the Company ) trading as Interski. The contract is governed by English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts.

A contract, based on these booking conditions, will exist as soon as your payment is made. It is your responsibility to check the details provided on the booking confirmation are correct. Any mistakes must be reported to the Company within 48hrs of receipt.

2 PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your place, or in cases of provisional bookings, full payment must be made a minimum of 14 days prior to the course date.

Payments for all in-house training courses are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be given for non-attendance.

3 PRICE POLICY

All prices advertised are accurate at the date and time published, but we reserve the right to change prices from time to time. Prices on our website are updated regularly and can go up or down. In the unlikely event of an administrative error leading to an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct it. Offers cannot be combined and may be withdrawn by the Company at any time, without prior notice.

4 CANCELLATION

Cancellation by the Client must be made in writing and the Company informed immediately. At the Company's discretion, payments may be transferred to a replacement candidate, given reasonable notice.

In the unlikely event of the Company cancelling a course, the Client's booking will be transferred to the next available course in the future. If the date of that course is inconvenient for the Client, and all other future dates are also inconvenient, a full refund will be offered.

5 FREE PLACES

If you have been awarded a free place on one of our classroom courses as part of your school booking, you must book your place on to a course which takes place during the same season as that in which you are travelling. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of the free place. No alternatives or substitutes will be offered.

6 DATA PROTECTION

Inter School Travel takes data protection very seriously and complies with the requirements of all current legislation. In summary, when you make a booking with us it may be necessary for us to pass your details to 3rd parties to enable us to provide the training course as offered. You are entitled to request a copy of the data we hold at any time. 7 FITNESS TO PARTICIPATE

The first aid course can by physically demanding. It is therefore necessary that candidates are:

i) Able to kneel in order to administer cardio pulmonary resuscitation
ii) Free from any condition that will affect their participation in all aspects of the course

8 LIABILITY

The Company accepts responsibility for ensuring the training course is supplied as described. The Company accepts responsibility for the acts and/or omissions of its employees or agents, together with suppliers or sub-contractors whilst acting within the scope of or in the course of their employment. If you suffer injury, illness or death directly as a result of the services provided as part of your training course we may make a payment to you. We will not make any payment if your injury, illness or death was caused by an event or circumstances which the person who caused it could not have predicted or avoided even if they had taken all necessary and due care. We will not make any payment if your illness, injury or death was your own fault. The Company will accordingly pay to its Clients such damages as might have been claimed in respect of injury, illness or death by the negligence as accepted under English law of its employees, agents or suppliers contracted or sub-contracted by the Company to provide any part of the arrangement for the training course. The content and delivery of training courses are the responsibility of Snowsport England or Snowsport Scotland. Clients booking on to one of these courses recognise that Interski provides only the venue and is not responsible for the content or delivery of the course.

9 COMPLAINTS

Our overall aim is that all of our Clients experience an enjoyable and successful training course. If for some reason you are dissatisfied, please bring your complaint to the attention of a member of staff as soon as possible and we will do everything reasonably possible to resolve your complaint. If you are not happy with the action taken in response to your complaint, you must write to us within 21 days, detailing the nature of your complaint, to whom it was reported and the subsequent action taken. We will aim to provide a full written response with 28 days following receipt of your correspondence. Complaints not raised during the course may affect your rights under this contract.

10 PHOTOS & MARKETING

You consent to us using images of you taken during your training course for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium we choose. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes, unless we are expressly notified in writing to the contrary, prior to your departure.
