If I'm renting a full suit, can I have a different size for the jacket and the trousers?
Yes. It makes no difference whether you order different sizes for each half of the full suit.
When and where will my suit be delivered?
Your rental suit/items will be delivered to your hotel on the morning of your arrival day and so will be waiting for you when you arrive. Generally speaking, rental suits/items are left in the hotel reception area. If you are struggling to find it or are unsure where to look, feel free to ask your Course Co-Ordinator.
If I make a mistake when ordering my suit is size it possible to change it when I get to resort?
If you are travelling with Interski, then generally speaking yes, and that is a big advantage of our service. However, as there is a limited number of suits available, at busy times it may not always be possible - although we are yet to come across that scenario! We therefore advise that you make every effort possible to order the right size in the first instance. If you are NOT travelling with Interski, there will be a pre-arranged fitting session just before you travel to ensure when you go on your ski trip, you have the right fitting clothing.
What happens if anything is damaged?
Accidental damages will not be charged, nor will natural wear and tear. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any lost items and items which are damaged wilfully or through neglect, including helmets. This is by no means a hidden charge, we simply request all our clients look after the items in their care. A tariff is available on request.
Do I need to pay a deposit for the items I am renting?
No. We pride ourselves on the simplicity and ease of the service we offer and as such consider deposits to be more of a hassle for the customer.
What happens if I have to cancel?
Should you need to cancel your rental suit for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a refund. Refunds CAN NOT be processed following your group's departure.
What is the latest I can place an order for Rental & Accessory items?
The sooner the better. However, we understand that sometimes, last minute arrangements need to be made. We will always try to accomodate you so if you are concerned, please contact the office on 01623 456333 or email. If you are travelling with Interski, you will need to order your Accessories at least 4 weeks prior to your departure date to qualify for free delivery to the school. If you aren't travelling with Interski, you will need to order both Rental clothing and Accessories at least 2 weeks prior your departure date to qualify for free delivery to the school. If you order past these dates, you will need to pay a delivery charge of £4.95.
I am not travelling with Interski, can I still rent from you?
YES! In the past, only clients of Interski were able to take advantage of our rental items due to the way our operation runs. However, we have now upgraded our service and are offering rentals to schools, regardless of which tour operator they are travelling with - for further details, please give us a call.
Do I need to measure my head to ensure I get the correct size helmet?
No. We offer a range of sizes which will be fitted and allocated when you arrive in resort. By fitting them in resort, we can ensure you have the correct size which is imperative for a protective item such as this.
Do the helmets meet recognised safety standards?
Yes. All our helmets meet with current required European legislation and safety standards. Our Trespass helmets meet CE EN1077 which is the standard for non-motorised recreational snowsports.
I ordered an Accessory Pack through the school, but have still not received it. When will it arrive?
All orders received from a school are processed at set intervals and will be delivered together to improve efficiency. At busy times, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. You will receive your packs an absolute minimum of three weeks before you travel. Please also be aware that the date you handed the order in to the school is not necessarily the date the school submits the order to us. If you are in any doubt, please contact the school first to confirm the orders have been sent.
I have received my Accessory Pack and some of the items don't fit. What should I do?
Size issues with the Gloves and Fleece are easily resolved. Please contact us
Can I choose the colour of specific items in my Accessory Pack?
You can choose between the Male and Female packs which specifies the colour of the backpack and style of fleece. The other contents are introduced at random from a selection and as such we are unable to cater for specific requests.
What happens if I have to cancel my skiing trip?
Any purchased (not rented) goods are yours to keep, and there is no reason to return them. However, should you decide that the equipment will not be of any use, we will happily provide a refund providing we receive the contents of the pack in the same condition they were sent out, complete with all packaging and manufaturer's tags still attached. Please contact us before returning anything. If you have paid for rental items, please let us know straight away and we will cancel the order and arrange a refund. We cannot refund rentals following the trip.
I am not travelling with Interski, can I still buy an Accessory Pack and your other Ski Accessories?
Yes, anyone can purchase any of our non-rental items.
