Interski Plus Loyalty Scheme

We're always sure that once you travel with us, you'll want to bring your school back again and again. We're also sure that this kind of loyalty should be rewarded and that's why we created our Interski Plus loyalty scheme. We've made the qualifying criteria as clear and simple as possible.

How do i qualify^*

To qualify, your school must travel with us for two consecutive years, with a minimum of 20 full paying passengers on each of the two trips. The Interski Plus status is confirmed on payment of the final balance on the second trip, assuming the criteria is met. The status remains in place whilst you continue to book consecutive trips and meet the minimum passenger requirements.

There are two types of inspection visit we offer:

Risk Assessment Visits - specifically for schools who have already made a booking with us, but have either not travelled with us previously, or are travelling to a resort they have not previously visited
Promotional Inspection Visits - open to school clients, new and existing, generally to a specific resort, on a specific date

Ski Trip Risk Assessment Visits

If you need to visit one of our resorts prior to the arrival of your group, in most cases we can help you organise this. As this is specifically for you to undertake your due dilligence, there is some flexibility around the dates of travel which can be tailored to suit you. A typical visit will be a 1 day/2 night stay giving you the opportunity to see the hotel, the equipment hire facilities and the resort.

What's Included:

In-resort transfers and movements
Half-board accommodation (based on twin share, single rooms available at a supplement)
1-day lift pass
Lunch on the ski day
Equipment hire
In resort ski guide (where possible) for up to 2hrs to provide resort orientation

The cost of these visits start from £249pp, which is credited against your final balance payment if your booking has a minimum of 35 full paying passengers. Please note that transport to and from resort is not included, nor is insurance. The visit can be extended at an additional cost.

Promotional Ski Trip Inspection Visits

Periodically, we organise Promotional Inspection Visits which are generally held on a set date, to a specific resort. These are aimed at promoting not only our overall package, but also give you the opportunity to see and ski a resort ahead of bringing your group. These visits are subsidised to make them accessible and should you go on to make a booking to the resort you've visited, we will credit the cost against your final balance.

What's Included:

Transport (normally by air)
In-resort transfers and movements
Half-board accommodation (based on twin share, single rooms available at a supplement)
1-day lift pass
Lunch on the ski day
Equipment hire
In resort ski guide (where possible) for up to 2hrs to provide resort orientation

The first meal provided will be on the evening of your arrival at the hotel and the final meal will be at breakfast on the day of departure. You will therefore need to make provision for food and drinks outside of these times.

It is expected that you will be able to ski to a reasonable standard as tuition is not provided. We also do not provide insurance, so it is important that you have your own suitable policy in place which includes winter sports cover.

Cerler, Aragon, Spain - 15th December 2023

Cerler in Spain, brand new to our programme for Winter 2022/23 and already very popular for Winter 2023/24 and beyond. The resort base sits at 1500m and is surrounded by the highest peaks in the Pyrenees. Most of the skiing is at 2000m and higher and spreads out across a wide area, giving a total of 80km of piste, including the longest run in the whole of the Pyrenees.

The Inspection will be based at the Hotel Monte Alba which is conveniently located just under 200m walk from the ski slopes.

The cost of this visit is £379pp, which is credited against your final balance payment if you proceed to make a booking for a minimum of 35 full paying passengers during Winter 2024/25 for travel to Cerler.

Flights will be from London Stansted Airport on Friday 15th December 2023, arrving back on Sunday 17th December (flight times TBC).

Gressoney, Aosta Valley, Italy - 12th January 2024

Gressoney is the fifth resort we've offered in the Aosta Valley and in terms of ski area it's the largest. Our first school clients stayed here in Winter 2022/23 and is already proving to be a popular choice for Winter 2023/24..

The Inspection will be based at the Hotel Monboso, just a short walk to the ski lifts.

The cost of this inspection is £379pp, which is credited against your final balance payment if you proceed to make a booking for a minimum of 35 full paying passengers during Winter 2024/25 for travel to Gressoney.

Flights will be from Manchester Airport on Friday 12th January 2024, arrving back on Sunday 14th January (flight times TBC).

The Aosta Valley in Northern Italy, is our home of 40 years and the foundation of our success. We estimate to have taken over 300,000 passengers to this incredible region since we started back in 1983. We love it, our clients love it and we're 100% sure you'll love it!

We offer four incredible resorts here - Courmayeur (may not be operating for Winter 2023/24), Gressoney, La Thuile and Pila.

General

These terms and conditions are specific to school inspection visits but run in parallel to our standard booking terms and conditions, both of which must be accepted as a condition of travel.
One member of staff must be the person responsible for organising the school ski trip.
Everyone attending is obliged to take part in all visits and events organised as part of the itinerary.
We cannot offer either type of inspection visit to anyone who has already visited the destination resort, as the purpose is to provide familiarisation. If you have already visited the resort in question, regretfull we are unable to offer an inspection visit.
Inspection visits are for school teaching staff only. We cannot provide places for friends, family or anyone else not directly associated with the school.
Costs of the inspection visit will only be credited against your final balance, subject to full paying passengers remaining above the requisite number of places.
At our discretion, we may allow two members of staff from the same school to travel. In such cases we will only credit the amount paid for one against your final balance.
Insurance is not included but it is a condition of travel that you have adequate insurance in place from a reputable provider.
Other than airport transfers and in resort movements, transport is not provided on our Risk Assessment Inspection Visits and so you will need to source your own flights. There are specific stipulations over airports and arrival/departure times so please discuss this with us before booking any flights.
UK transport, airport parking, meals, drinks, spending money and anything else not expressly stated is not included in the cost.
